Update: their phishing site is down for now, I reported them to their Russian hoster, who took immediate action and locked them.  Grin

One scam less (at least until they bring the site back up somewhere else... ).

Lol, good job. Smiley

I wonder why no one has taken down myẹtherwallet.com yet. Yes with the DOT under the e.
Go get them too!

They are aggressively spamming all over Twitter.

It would help if some more people would report and counter this sort of criminals there as well.

@BITC0INDIAM0ND is the one impersonating the official @BitcoinDiamond_ and promoting that scam website to fish for users' BTC seeds...

Yeah, with a lack of awareness about how to claim all these fork coins these scammers are really hitting hard. That is why you should always clear your address of any funds that you may have held in there before you claim any fork coins, just in case something goes wrong.

Always wait for announcements from the official sources before trying to claim your coins.

Otherwise, you're really exposing yourselves to the scammers as a victim.

So, it looks like the new round of "fork coin claiming" scams is starting...

jimmy.song (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/jimmysong-1364180) and his merry band of "newbie" alt-shills:
cryptolover1994 (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cryptolover1994-1380917)
Hennesy81 (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/hennesy81-1380925)
TurboCrypt (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/turbocrypt-1380940)
btc.john (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/btcjohn-1380949)

are pushing this obvious scam "bcdwallet" (http://www.bcdwallet.org)... they've even created a fake twitter (https://twitter.com/BITC0INDIAM0ND) to attempt to look legit...

The site even claims to be opensource with no actual link to the source code and actually references "btcgpu" repo... which was for BTG Roll Eyes

For reference, the REAL twitter is (https://twitter.com/BitcoinDiamond_) as linked from the REAL homepage of BitcoinDiamond (http://btcd.io/)

Just a reminder to all... BTCD is currently vapourware... There is no network, no code, no mining, no wallets... it effectively doesn't exists, you can't claim anything.
