You won't know how people's ignorance leads to even these days with lots information online regarding this kind of scam on how to know and to avoid them.
Telegram is a safe heaven for these type of scammers. These kind of websites are not going to rank in search engine. Possibility is Google advertising but I wonder does it pay the investment? As long as they are using free methods, they have nothing to lose but time that is investing to pull such scams.

I check Google for possible reviews and there are articles that shill or give false information about this exchange but I'm 100% sure these are paid writers or part of their promotion team to make the site legit when you do research, it's an old trick but reporting it here and getting this report indexed by Google will save users from using this scam exchange.
Yes, i can confirm this, i have done some research in german forums, a lot fake and paid reviews, so beware of this exchange service!
