The channels must have been sold to these scammers, they know the money-back guarantee if they can promote the youtube giveaway.  If they just build the channel by buying subscribers and likes, they might not be able to scam. The scam still works because there are people who actually send coins to their wallets hoping they can double their holdings. If the channel had been sold, I hope the owner will be able to warn people who they sold it to. I dobt there is NDA for this.

Before we consider sending our hard earned crypto assets, we should take a moment or two to rethink how legit it is. That would go a long way.
Best solution: Just follow the official website's announcement before joining any airdrop. Its the only way to justify real airdrops. If you wanna keep your fund safer just forget "Giveways".

Video is now not available that means YouTube’s stuff maybe noticed & taken down this video  or YouTuber might recovered his channel & deleted that video Himsel. Anyway important thing is none will be affected by that.

Recent hack incidents aren't only limited to Twitter. YouTube has been susceptible to these attacks. That is why it is important to make security a top priority in platforms like this. I saw these giveaways (Youtube algorithms at work) but decided not to participate as it was too good to be true. Also Cardano hasn't officially announced such. If they wanted to organize a giveaway of that magnitude, it'll be in form of airdrop.

Scammers already improved this time. They are now spreading fake giveaways, how desperate, jeez!
Because before, I saw some youtube channels who advertise only such ponzi scheme services who uses cryptocurrency, and it's just sad that those youtube channels don't have any idea what they are promoting, but I think this is still existing nowadays.

And I also have on my mind that maybe some youtube channels that are uploading those kinds of videos are bought by someone.

It doesn't make sense for a youtuber to really sell his/her account. To me this a hack account which is the case for many scam youtubers that suddenly pump up in the last several months. I do hope that the right owner will take it back or at least youtube will give it back to them.

And youtube has been issuing warnings and giving instructions for owners on how to protect  their account because there are an explosion of hackings. So if you are a content creator, be very careful and learn how to harden your security.

Videos already unavailable at the moment, for sure Youtube already taken down those videos.
Would you mind sharing those channels who uploaded those kinds of videos?

Are these Youtube channels really hacked or they sold it to these scammers there's to many of this right now, the scam section is now populated with reports of scam Youtube and Facebook giveaway, I'd like to believe that these Youtube owners sold their channels to these scammers.
It doesn't matter if these is sold account, it is pretty obvious that the themes have suddenly change into a scamming channel. Or maybe you can asked yourself, you have work so hard to build your channel for a while, it takes years and then you suddenly sold it to scammers? Scammers are talking advantage of ADA because it is making a good gains in the last couple of days and pushing it bad narratives to victimised crypto investors.

There is both possibility here. You can't do nothing if any of these channel owner sell his channel for a good amount of money. Its because only scammers know how much they can earn from this massive amount subscribers and if i am not wrong then their offer wasn’t a little amount.
Your point is also correct. Scammers know how much they can earn with a fake giveaway video. However, the channels that have been used here for the purpose of scams are very popular. So I have doubts about how much the owner of this channel will be interested in selling the channel.

@ScamViruS you may forgot to use the correct spelling of "Cardano"
I haven't noticed before. Edited now. Thanks.

These channels are not ordinary channels. The channel owner has to work hard to achieve the number of subscribers in the channels. You have to work hard year after year to make a channel popular. No one will sell their own channel.

So I think these channels have been hacked. Hacking and promoting such scams.
Yeah it can be but why didn’t the real owner reported to youtube authority yet. Personally i prefer to submit reports after seeing anything like this and IMO it's the most fastest way to stop this type of video streaming.

Good news is that someone have already reported all three videos and youtube authority removed all from their end.

There are lot of guys who provides subscribers or viewers to channel or videos. So it is also not necessary that it is hacked account for sure as well. Also if it is then will someone who had earned that much subscribers 1mil (wherein youtube awards you with golden play button) to let it go without reporting? Anyway whatever it is , we know that it is now being used to upload such fake giveaways and host other kind of scam traps so better is to just report and move on and let Youtube take decision on this. It is also that owner's duty to take proper care of the channel.

GJ @ScamViruS

EDIT: Seems like videos were removed by the uploader. Did you note down the channel link somewhere or maybe have down in history?

I'd like to believe that these Youtube owners sold their channels to these scammers.
For the video Link 01 which was to be a music label company from Bangladesh and previous name was "Gaanchill Music"( To make sure, you can search with "Gaanchill Music" in youtube  and you will get it in the top ) . As @ScamVirus said in previous reply, owner had worked hard to get in this positions. Now, If anyone wonder how i know about it. The answers is, "Some of my favourite songs was uploaded in that channel and i know Bengali".  Wink Cheesy

I don't think so that these channels could be sold which have more than millions of subscribers. Also, the owner of the channel will not run these scam giveaways because it's high risk and the channel would vanish. So it has a high chance of hacked accounts.

It seems the Internet is full of scammers trap. Everywhere they spread their scam trap. If we don't care about these scamming ways may we will be scammed one day we can not understand how actually it happened.  Cry

What happened: Cardano (ADA) fake giveaway !

Hackers have hacked channels with some huge subscribers. Now these channels are being used by scammers to scam people through ADA fake giveaways. The positive side for scammers is that most of the subscribers of these channels are not involved in crypto. So there is a big chance that more people can fall into their trap. So everyone should be wary of such fake giveaway.
