Placed withdrawal of $ 9 890 from Crypto Capital to my U. S. bank account 12/13/2017.
Received an automatic message on my email that the payment successfully withdrawn from Crypto Capital account 12/14/2017.
Balance on my Crypto Capital account is 0.00.
Money has never come to my bank account.

In this case, there is no fault of CEX.IO. As we already stated in our messages from support, the funds were successfully delivered to your CC account on our side, and there is no way we can help you in this situation.
Also, we do not have direct contact to CryptoCapital. Please contact them via their support system.
All those conatcts on their website are dead - nobody answers, nobody receives msgs. You know it very well!!!! Stop guf around!
