The best way to live is to learn from others. Yet some people still will want to "experience" it by themselves. Here is where I agree with you. And most do not read to understand what should be avoided.
Jating is right though.

We learn from a lot of sources. One of them is our mistakes. Newbies often fall prey of them and thats all the scammers need. In that sense it is useless to fight the scammers since someone will always get scammed and that there is no other way of controlling them on this forum. So what we have to do is to make people aware, since that is the only option left in our hands.

Right, as the saying goes, experience is the best teacher. And no matter how many times we call this scammers from Youtube/Google Ads/Twitter, someone will still get scammed. I wouldn't say that what we are doing is futile though, but it will take a lot of efforts from us to keep newbies getting scammed by this "simply" trick, so simply that they think it is really true.
Yes, it is true that you also say the simplest is to make newbies aware of this because this fake giveaway scam will continue to try to get newbies into its traps, I am sure with high-ranking accounts will not be trapped in this fake giveaway I am afraid is outside the forum This is the one who doesn't know and they spread it on social media and telegrams because there are still many newbies who don't know about fake giveaways.

I hate to say this, but before newbies can really learn their lesson, they really need to fall for this kind of trick to understand that there's no double your bitcoin/ethereum is the crypto sphere.

You can't do nothing but increasing awareness among newbies. Yeah its true that its quite impossible to keep save every single victim from getting scammed but we can't let scammers to continue their game smoothly. Anyone who will open accusation after losing their fund on this kinda giveways i will not suggest anyone to give response on their thread. For me its not scam where they are taking maximum risks by their own to get free rewards or being a millionaire overnight.

Education should really be the rule of thumb now, if you don't learn and understand you can easily be a victim here. Use our common sense, it's a God given talent. don't like your greed take the better of you. Might sounds simple, but in order to get to know it better, one has to experience it, sad to say.
Sad to say but who can stop them from getting scammed again and again if they don't feel it necessary to enrich their own knowledge vault . Quicker decision and over ambition normally bring bad results. Its always better to gather knowledge and experience before making investment anywhere specially when you are going to invest your hard earned money.

It is unfortunate that people still send funds to the addresses of scammers, in order to double their funds. But they realize their mistake when their funds are never returned. Fake giveaway websites are still profitable because the greed of some people is never controlled. No matter how much you warn them, they are greedy and they wants to catch every opportunity for make money, for this they send their funds to such scams. So scammers are still using people's greed to scam. However, scammers often deposit in their addresses to attract victims.

could it be that those btc and eth that has been deposited came from the scammers themselves? So that it will really look legit specially for noobs?
It could be, yes but we can't say for sure that in this case deposits were made by the scammers themselves.
I am not professional blockchain analyst, but I assume that all transactions came from different exchanges or gambling websites, they all have many outputs.
From my point of view, that looks like newbie behavior, it is considered usual for them to hold funds on exchanges and make deposits directly from exchanges, I might be wrong.

Yes, it seems that the video has been taken down already, but the website is still up and running.

@witcher_sense - could it be that those btc and eth that has been deposited came from the scammers themselves? So that it will really look legit specially for noobs? For the vanity address, yes, that's one method that scammers are using, like this scammers vanity address from Kanye West fake btc giveaway

Wallets used;
BTC
Code:
1Musk1QxQmmUa77RL6tdcHQXGJ6An2dKdL
That address has already been reported to https://scam-alert.io/scam/1Musk1QxQmmUa77RL6tdcHQXGJ6An2dKdL

As we can see, scammers have received 4 payments in BTC so far and thus collected ~1400$ of stolen funds.

Also, they recieved 3 payments in ETH - 4,443.09 $ https://etherscan.io/address/0x870369b93409eB3066a2A65732230a10b575FB62

Accordingly, this kind of scam giveaway remains one of the most profitable, people keep sending their funds in hope to double it, we can't do much about it, unfortunately.

I also noticed before that scammers started using vanity btc addresses such as 1MUSK......

Wondering, still this fakeaway working? Seems video taken down by uploader, perhaps making another video. How clever they are, created vanity address containing with 'Musk' so people would trust them. I believe, most of crypto users are now aware of these types of scam, except extreme greedy.

OP is doing a good job by exposing them, keep it up, and save the peoples. We don't have any other option except create awareness.
After I made this thread it is still running with youtube but at this time it can't be accessed anymore maybe someone has already reported it, well I hope this will disappear for a long time, unfortunately this will definitely appear again with another version.

Of course I want a lot of awareness from beginners who are new to cryptocurrency so that they know about this so that they are more aware and do not know fake giveaway like this.
