Having Paytiz "disabled" at the bestchange.com site is not the point. The point is that they are under investigation in UK, but instead of saving some  money to have a good lawyer, they playing with posting "green" comments there and at TrustPilot and trying to do their business "as usual".

Yes. The problem, however, is that you need money to hire a fancy lawyer - a lot of money! So, "business as usual".

I am not sure, but I think they were BestChange partners at some point before. Their current status on the bestchange.com site is "disabled" and with a big red warning:
Yes you are right, they were partners but they got delisted from best change's list of exchangers due to their shady behavior and the many complaints and accusations against them. Showing bestchange's logo in the list of their partners is deceitful, to say the least.

I agree with evgeny_s. Delisting them and showing a warning banner is not enough. It would be better if bestchange completely remove the link to their website and disallow posting new fake reviews.

They claim to be partners with bestchange, but I didn't find their service listed on the bestchange's exchanger page. I think I also agree that this service is a scam.

-snip-
Support is holding my money as a ransom and forcing me to remove any claims and then my order will be partly refunded...

It was blackmail, not a fair deal. By the way, I found another oddity.

It is funny, but after reading all these negative reviews I started working with a Paytiz and have made a few successful transactions to PayPal. But on the 5 th of May they scammed me for more than 1500$.

Support is holding my money as a ransom and forcing me to remove any claims and then my order will be partly refunded...
Also, they are creating a web resources to get more victims related to current situation with the war in Ukrain (Russian language mirrors, for example https://paytiz.ru).

Be aware of them.

If your are victim please feel free to share your experience at Facebook group https://web.facebook.com/groups/1035577407329638

Even if we say they're really seeing .045BTC, it shouldn't be seen as a fraud attempt since from the start you were only asking for the equivalent of .0045BTC you sent. and that support staff lacks professionalism seeing how they talk to their client

That`s true...
The biggest problem here is their behavior, nothing more.

Since the OP has published the order page , I will help confirm that the order amount seen through my computer is also 0.0045 BTC. Unfortunately, I can't also see the destination BTC address through this order page. I do not understand by reason of "recalculated", who did this? Is there anything else the client can do besides making an order and then paying the amount of money requested by the system in their service?

@OP I want to ask, did you make 2 orders at a time?
I am only worried if the OP made a mistake inputting the amount of the 1st order and then made a new order and paid to the destination BTC address on the 1st order that has a different address.

No, I was not making any mistakes. I made an order of 0.0045 and pay that sum one Coinbase commerce site.
The truth is that I find a lot of scammed people (in the same way) across the internet and report this exchanger on https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

Just some of them...

Let`s hope that they will be banned from monitoring websites after investigation.

Stay away from obscure exchanges next time. They're obscure because I'm not buying the huge ton of positive positive reviews seeing that it's only on 1 or 2 places. They barely have any on major ones like here and reddit. Plus also the fact that they're bothering holding .0045BTC
