I've received this email like six hours ago:

It's obvious that they have decided to suspend the domain name even before I've decided to report it! Kiddos to them and to all of you who have reported it!
Thank you OP for bringing this to our attention. I hope more members will be more active on taking actions against scammers (like reporting them).

Thank you for sharing your experience with this scam exchange, it's good that you didn't fall victim to them but it is certain that many beginners will fall victim to their greed in the first place.

Yes, greed is the main reason why all these victims fall into the trap. These Samers know human nature well and know that beginners will be tempted to get the big prize, so many of them may deposit 0.02BTC to get the big prize.

Of course, they will discover later how delusional they are, but after it is too late, no one can get money in this easy way, no one distributes money for free to people without anything in return.

What happened: This is another exchange platform that someone sent me via Discord to trade on, and after I tried to withdraw the money I got from his promo code for a value of 0.39 BTC, it turned out that this platform is a scam exchange asking for a deposit of at least 0.02 BTC so that I can activate my wallet and can withdraw.

Asking to deposit a verification fee to withdraw winning funds, this scam is old but scammers are still using it. But they're modifying this technique over time, because once exposed, another one is ready to use! The website is already down which is good news, so no new crypto users will fall prey to scams at least on this website. But this scammer group is sure to come back again, with some other scamming tactics.

Yes, that's right. But did you know that despite the simplicity and popularity of this method that the scammers do through the new exchange platforms that they recently created and send their promo code to the victims to lure them, I know that there are many beginners who will fall into these traps and deposit their funds in their desire to Withdraw this money, so we must all expose these scammers everywhere and report their domains so that beginners or greedy people do not lose their money.

Yes, they are basically targeting beginners who don't know how to trade or who believe online is a tree of money Smiley Yes, you are right we have to expose them so that people can report their domain. You did a nice job, Keep it up.

Seems the domain is not working now. Or it's only for me?

Thank you Sujon brother, I checked my email now and it turned out that the reports we all sent were reviewed by the PublicDomainRegistry team and they suspended the reported domain name because it violated their policy as phishing.

This is what I wanted, It is that we fight scammers and not stop dropping their schemes, I feel happy because the platform domain now will not work with any new user and this will protect beginners from falling into their traps.

Thank you guys for your support and for your reports on the domain, I really appreciate it.

Lol, this is one of the old-school scams. Where some strange people will share and ask to use a promo code to get funds. As I remember I saw some scam accusations for some roulette site. The way of making fool people was the same like using promo codes and getting a huge amount of balance.

So this is a very popular way of scamming people. Just follow a thing that if any platform asks for making a deposit to make a withdraw, 99% platform are scams. So don't fall into this trap. Don't be greedy.
There have been many entries in my Discord about this old school fraud, even more than dozens that I know, they always say I won a giveaway and have to claim with the code even with a random email without confirmation of verification so in essence they want us to deposit with the lure of being able to withdraw everything given balance, all of these were classic traps until a few years ago.

We have to ignore this and it's impossible to win a giveaway that doesn't make sense, moreover we don't do any work, I'm only giving advice to beginners around me about this problem to stay away and obviously this is 100% fraud

It seems you misunderstood Pmalek's comment. He is not asking why there are still people who fall for such obvious scams but he is addressing the question to you.
Why did you visit the website and created an account on it although you knew it's a scam! I know it's unlikely to get hacked by visiting a website, especially if you know what you are doing, but it's still not worth it.
Anyway, I've reported the domain name too.
Yeah, i was too quick to read his comment so i misunderstood it,

I don't risk my device I have enough experience to protect myself, I did it from another device I used and with an account that is not my original one then I activated the vpn, I'm just trying to put proofs in my thread about this scam platform so that any beginner can see conclusive proofs and in order for him not to try or use their exchange, I could have blocked the scammer and deleted his message on Discord and forgot about it, but I wanted to be positive and expose him and expose his scam platform to the public.

Although it's risky you did well by going further so they will be exposed if you did not do this the report is not complete and we will not know how they implement their method of scamming the big reminder here is no exchange will offer that huge amount of money, its not been done before and there are other ways to verify your account like signing and verifying the wallet, the method of sending a specific amount to prove ownership has been proven to be scammer's method.

I don't understand why you would even risk the health of your device (PC/phone) by visiting an obvious scam site that a random jerkoff recommended to you over social media. Huh
...
Greed and overconfidence are what make most people stop thinking, because if they thought for a moment that what is the interest of those who give you free money? What did you give them? They will surely know that their intentions are bad.

Even that it's an old scam trick there's a lot of people still getting scammed by these exchanged where they ask you to deposit in order to withdraw your winnings, ...

It used to be in a gambling platform and the

promo code for a value of 0.39 BTC
is just too high its over $9k I have not known any reputable exchange that will give you that amount, and a new exchange instead of giving that kind of bonus will just launch a marketing campaign, you know that its a scam when they are offering a sum that will temp your greediness.

Domain was bought six days ago its obvious they will use the platform to scam people.

Huh They can in theory combine both malware and social engineering techniques to trick unsuspecting newbies into depositing on their sites. Just delete the message, block the person, and carry on with your life.

There's even a smarter way which is groups and even i saw a big tiktok channel they pretend to do arbitrage and they promote a scam exchange where the price of bitcoin is lower than its price by like $1k and they pretend to buy it from that scam exchange and sell it in other platforms. But the truth is once you buy from them your account get locked and you lose your money
