These guys are as scammy and greedy as it gets. They had tons of people helping them promote their ICO as part of their bounty campaign, luring us in with promises of high rewards, then silently changed the terms of the campaign to make it so that bounty participants don't get any compensation at all unless the ICO hard cap was reached (which was very unlikely in a bear market).
They claim they didn't reach their soft cap (= ICO failed), yet their tokens are trading on a big exchange (Coinbene) and everyone is just moving on as if nothing had gone wrong. Meanwhile hard-working translators like me and other bounty participants put in tons of work (approx. 20 hours in my case) promoting their ICO and helping them increase their reach, but they simply decided there weren't enough funds to compensate us AT ALL.
There seem to be, however, enough funds for a 500k RCD airdrop on Coinbene as well as for burning all remaining tokens (which is essentially a transfer of wealth from bounty participants to regular investors, seeing how the token burn increases the value of their tokens), as can be read about in their Post-ICO Statement on Medium:
https://medium.com/recordfoundation/record-updates-after-token-sale-6d3e2be56fe6.
This is the most astounding display of utter disrespect and greed I have come across working as a translator for 40+ ICO projects. They even had the nerve to offer me 3,000 RCD (approx. $100) instead of the 70,000 they owe me -- as a token of their great "appreciation" for my hard work, with the prospect of another, hold your breath, 3,000 RCD IF I KEEP TRANSLATING THEIR FUTURE CONTENT!!!
Stay away from these scammers at all costs. Absolute low-life exploiters enriching themselves on the backs of their hard-working supporters.
(Update: When I kept pointing out in their Telegram channels that the meaning of the term SOFT CAP is that if you don't reach it, your ICO is considered failed, your investors are REFUNDED, and NO TOKENS ARE ISSUED, they banned me from their channels and deleted my complaints.)
