I paid him 80€ for two of them by skrill (to Port Rabiner: [email protected])
After that, he said there was a problem with the method of payment he was creating for the accounts and that I should wait a bit longer. He never sent me the details of the accounts and then started to ignore my in Skype. I got no reply.
