The pictures of the miners are obviously bad photoshopped:
~Snipped~
Their "AW 2 [archived]" is also photoshopped from one of the S19 variants: Link [archived]

While I was looking for plagiarized content [there's lots of them], I noticed a lot of similarities with another familiar [to you] scam platform: ASICline.com [archived]
Note: Despite using different registrars, I strongly believe they're connected!

Just saw the thread and I wanted to show you https://asicline.com/, but you got it first... shame on me Cheesy

so probably a lot of them are copycats, there are templates for every kind of possible scam on fivers,
~Snipped~
Of course, this is my bias, as far I'm better off thinking those are new scammers than admitting a group that is scamming the same way poeple for years is still doing this not bothered by law enforcement.
You have a point and probably correct as well but regardless of that, if most of the registrars cared a little, none of these scams would've existed for this long [I have a feeling I'm not the only one with a lot of ignored reports/tickets]!

Familiar...nope! Zero memory of it! As I said the fuzzy memory is getting fuzzier!
Sorry for assuming that might be the case [my bad] Smiley

the moment I saw that I could swear the PR release scam for miners is new ..damn  Smiley
Unfortunately, it'll get bigger and bigger without any "other" effort from their side [thanks to aggregators]...

I think that at least 1% of the poeple reading how a scammer got 10-20 BTC are for at least 1 split second thinking of doing the same, so probably a lot of them are copycats, there are templates for every kind of possible scam on fivers, from Ponzi to cloud mining, so got knows how many group are there.
Of course, this is my bias, as far I'm better off thinking those are new scammers than admitting a group that is scamming the same way poeple for years is still doing this not bothered by law enforcement.

As for that other thing..

What happened::

I tend to ignore such obvious scams after a reply but this one got a PRNewswire article so I'm opening this so it can be better indexed than my in the mining topic.
Here is the PR:

They claim to have a magic miner that can mine BTC,LTC,ETH and Monero same time.
Their entry-level miner claims 380TH/s which is more than triple as an S19Pro with just 1/5 of the power consumption while their best miner does 1950TH/s with just  2200W, being 30 times more efficient than the best gear on the market.

The pictures of the miners are obviously bad photoshopped:

The AW1 is a M21 Whatsminer:

The AW3 is not even a miner but a rack with a LCD screen:

Phone number +1 650 741 1299 in the press release is owned also by xompass.com which does seem to be a legit company at first glance.

They are also happy to do something no manufacturer does, cover the customs fees which would be another red flag if one more was needed at this point:

We are pleased to cover the delivery and custom fees for you. As the customer, you will only pay for the product and we will take care of delivery exactly to your doorstep.
