There are two things people should understand before investing in Cryptocurrency, first finding the right wallet to use and securing your wallet, finding the right wallet to use means you know the right domains of these wallets and how to validate that you are using the right wallet.
Second, securing your wallet and how to keep your seed phrase or private key safe, always check for imitation and domain info if it is newly registered and there are no valid feedbacks, that's a warning sign that you are in a wrong wallet domain.

The thread's title is kinda click bait. For common users here in this board will probably know that this is another fake one by just reading the title thread. But newbies reading it first will probably have an bad impression towards atomic wallet not until they open the thread.
Agree, the title ought to be changed but otherwise props to OP for the warning. It's amazing how frequent these e-mail "leaks" happen. Well if they found this thread and actually looked at it, they'd figure out that it's not the genuine Atomic wallet that's a scam--and I'm not sure how frequently bitcointalk threads show up in Google search results when people are searching for specific things like wallets. Usually all the results are search engine optimized, which is why Google is a shitty search engine nowadays. 
The title made me think atomic wallet is scam (Well am not vouching for them but I don't think it's a scam wallet. You might wanna just change the title to a more suitable one like "[Fake atomic wallet] - official-atomic.com

What Happened: This is fake Atomic wallet website and I am hearing somehow they got email address leak from people from registered on real Atomic website or some other website, sending them emails with new fake airdrop for 500 AWC in google form.
