Taking a private message from a brand new account with suspicious link... Well if I was concerned i would avoid it especially that I am aware of the existence of many scammers from his country (unfortunately)
Its hard to tell if this was really a scam attempt or not due to lack of information. we cant even see the link...
for all we know it could have been a short url to something legitimate.
In this situation I would just be careful and use your brain not to click on anything that look suspicious.

I asked in one of the thread that where i could buy rise coin and what is the initial price and thn i started getting PMs with suspicious links.
I warn you users to wisely deal with this person.
