I want these guys to answer me and come with the exact decision.

What happened::
I was hired by Loud Market (Loud NFT) $LOUD to be a part of their team and they didn't respect our agreement.

So I'll be going after these using the legal system, unless they finally decide to talk to me and I need your help and emotional support for this.
Before we get to that point, I hope we finally find a language to discuss, without being rude to each other.
I do not want to FUD the project, I accepted the offer as they seemed legit, but this was completely unexpected.

And hopefully, they have a good excuse and will be looking for a cooperation and resolving in a friendly way.

I have a real life Web Design & Marketing Agency and recently I was contacted by the guys from $LOUD.

All communication was done over Telegram (text form/calls/VC).
They wanted marketing, but since "BSC" is a scam for them - which actually lately is a good point, I wanted to be fair and we agreed to make the following.

- 5 BNB paid upfront to cover the FEES for marketing & social media management.
- When the token launches, which was 3 days ago, I was supposed to keep doing marketing (handle even more fees).
- I was supposed to get (or at least to have reserved) 225,000 $LOUD tokens on launch (5 BNB value at the time).

Thinking they will keep their word, I kept doing marketing.
Firstly they banned me from the group, a few hours before the pre-sale group, so I started recording everything.

I was asked to keep doing marketing and when I sent my address for them to cover the fees, they never paid.
We had an agreement if an X point is reached (which did) I will get the tokens on launch.

They ignored me for 2 days.
On the third day after launch, Tom (CIO) of Loud came and literally told me to "F*** OFF" and that I am getting 5 BNB only (IN BNB).
Not tokens. According to him, that was our agreement (suddenly changed). So they didn't reserve nor they gave me what was promised.

Then he just said accept the offer, or move on.

I actually ended up spending a lot more, than they paid, thinking I am growing my investment.
HQ stuff. Video Marketing. Account management. Interaction and speaking to users directly and organizing giveaways.

When I confronted them about this, Tom removed his chat on Telegram with me (luckily I had this recorded).
I also recorded the chat with James and made a notarized statement.
They ripped me off, completely. Don't even bother to answer or hear how I feel.

This is a breach of contract and they took advantage of the price dwarfing, delayed it on purpose to see what would suit them better.
As business owner myself,  I'm thinking what my Social media agency would do if I would delay my payment..
Tom asked me to find more people (I found 30 to be more exact) on the date launch was due, which I did and paid with my own pocket.

He made it sound like it was accidental, but since that point I knew they were planning something.
We lost "good" communication since then.

I have done my best, reached to a lot of people and asked them just to come and talk to me openly, so we resolve this matter friendly.
And I'd love to hear from them, but from now on, I will only discuss over here about this.

Please, recommend me some good lawyers in the EU or the UK. I can't live with this.
These were money spent from my own pocket. My own life savings, for some family health issues which I can't afford to loose.

I am stressed to the max. The last 5 days, didn't even sleep (only power naps) and organizing contests & creating marketing material.

USDT & BUSD was used by me in the campaigns. I was promised 5 BNB for marketing expenses (which I received when I started) + on launch date 225,000 $LOUD tokens (which was equal to 5 BNB on launch)
