Press them everyday, make it annoying a bit so they can notice your request for refund, I am sure that Binance will deal with this and I feel like the situation that they are currently in is making their real full so they are probably prioritizing the most important things first.
I don't know if this will work but there's definitely some certain level of being annoying that you should do in pressing them because you .ight end up annoying them too much to the point that they won't respond to you anymore. You're probably right about the prioritizing of the important things first.

Now they moved to “ 14-21 working day for process refund “!

But my account is fully operative on crypto side ( I can deposit and withdraw crypto, trade futures etc)!  This is really a joke!!!!!

don't worry, it's something impossible your money get lost.

if I remember correctly you're Italian, so you can clearly ask support to AltroConsumo or something like this since they provide free support and legal assistance.

Since it will be public, normally any company prefer to reply quickly as possible/find an agreement or even provide some compensation in case of loss or damage.
I don't think "Polizia Postale" or a "lawyer" can be something helpful or at least that worth the effort, but meanwhile they are "thinking" about my money I will try to "shake" they a bit with AltroConsumo.

I don't think they will actually scam you for 2000€. They paid iirc well over 5000 BTC out of their own pocket when they lost funds due to an attack. I know it's annoying, and things shouldn't take that long, but when dealing with such large corporations with that many users, these things can sometimes take an annoying lot of time. It sucks, but from my experience with Binance, I'm pretty sure you'll get your funds back.
Regarsless the issue is small or big. I think everyone should be have the same privilege right? Whether a 2000 euro or a million USD complain should have equal rights being a customer.


Ive never expected such a long process but OP you must understand that there is an issue during the time of your withdrawal. But I understand that the timeframe somehow is very long.


Anyway Im sure your funds will be return in no time. Binance wouldnt scam a merely 2000euro. If they want to scam they should have done a bigger wager. They just busy probably.

this is very unprofessional, how can the support of a binance level exchange be speaking Italian (I think it's Italian or Spanish) with an English speaking client? True, but in the last few months binance support is useless when solving people's problems, I had a case where account balance mysteriously disappeared while I was trading, I got desperate and I sent a ticket to support and they never replied, it's been 3 months , I was lucky my balance came back

I made deposit at 7:00 am , announcements was released at 10:00 am in the same day.  Cry

^ simply create a new twitter account with throwaway email so your privacy won't be at stake. Being angry doesn't solve anything just think about the possible solutions and one of them is contacting the support via twitter.

Next time be careful with the important announcement because your ignorance about stopping the sepa transfer lead you to face this.

No, just for my personal privacy. I feel sad, I’m really angry. I trusted them,  I made lot of Sepa deposits and al have zero issues, as I made lot of withdrawals without any issues.
But this time was wrong, and I think they didn’t work well to solve my issue


That's an unfortunate moment, didn't expect this from Binance.

Did you try to highlight this issue in their social media like Twitter where the actual humans are dealing the accounts and will take a look at your case if the find the issue is on their side.

—- Update: binance didn’t refund me yet and admitted that they don’t know when refund will be done because  FIAT situation is out of control——

Long story short: on July 7 binance suspended all Eu euro Sepa deposit.

Just in the morning of July 7 I deposited 2.000 euro by Sepa Bank transfer

They claim that all amounts were refund in 7 days. But today, after 29 days I will not received my refund yet!

I contacted they’re support a lot of time: first time they said me ( as they wrote on announcement) that refund was made in 7 days.

So I waited 7 days. On july 15 , when I seen that my money wasn’t arrived, i contacted support again: they told me that there was some delay due to high number of requests, and that I had to wait other 7-14 working days for have money on my bank account.

Now , after 29 days and after 14 working days from July 15 , my money wasn’t refunded yet, and support continue to say me to wait a few days.
Will update with screen shot of chat soon, just after will receive next reply from support.

Edit: after last inquiries to support, they blocked me and allow me to talk only with the bot. Following the screenshots:
