I'd be interested too Ballsdeep. I'm only a couple of thousand dollars down and its difficult from the UK to instigate any legal proceedings.

I see that he's taken down his site now.

Beeker,

Hi. I invested over $12,000 into this scam, and I'm extremely pissed. Only received one payout back in February for a week worth of mining. No replies to any of my emails.

Have you found a lawyer yet? I'd love to get in on this suit. I personally know another person scammed by him too.

Sounds unreliable and possible scam. I suggest cutting ties with anyone who has dodgy service from the start, these are the people who harm bitcoin/litecoin.

Yeah same here. Bought only a one year lease of 200 KHS, received payments in  March and April (after 10 - 15 days only)

And now not even a blog post after 10 days...

 Huh Huh Huh

Hi Beekers

I bought a $2200, 2 year lease from him in December. Received a couple of payments, then nothing. Doesn't respond to my emails, yet when there was a delay in my initial payment for the contract I got an email from him within the day!

I see you received a payment in March - my last one was in February. I'm beginning to think he was hacked and is now trying to catch up with payments, however with mining difficulty rising inexorably I don't think he will ever manage it - depends how many customers he has got. I don't care what the problem is I just wish he would come clean (however if he did that would he sell any of the new scrypt mining leases he is pushing).

He claims that bitcoin mining payments have gone out - I'd love to hear from someone who has a bitcoin mining contract to see whether this is true.

I now look forward to his May blog entry with his latest non-payment excuse (it appears that his hot wallet has been resynching for three months now!!)

Doesn't sound like a scam, but just a flake - which is almost as bad.

Hi guys,

Anyone of you have a lease with Michael Roland aka Bitcoop from Petaluma California? Think twice!
This is his website: http://bitcoop.org

Last January I contacted him about renting Litecoin miners and I agreed on renting 4 2000 Kh/s miners to mine Litecoin for 2 years. We made a contract, and I made payment.

Directly after the start his response to mails was really slow to non-existent. I asked him about the status of my miners the first week of February and he did not even bother to reply. March 4 I asked him about the payment of the first month which should have been in on the first of March (by contract) and it took him another 10 days to finally process the payment!

Now, it's April 17 and I have yet to receive my March LTC payment after sending him 5 reminder mails already. This is starting to look like a big mining scam and needless to say I have started to contact California lawyers to find a good one who will get my money back plus damages.

Does anyone else have experience with this guy, I look forward to working together on taking this scammer down.
