Schemes like this in most cases end up as scam . Since its 2$ its best to take it as a lesson for next time. There is no quick way to double your money.

I would post a thread in scam accusations if you have evidence. As a general rule, all HYIPs turn out to be scams, do not invest in them.
HIYP is always be a scam in the end everybody should be know that risk...
