What Happened: Sulim Malook and his family continue to scam people with CryptoMillionsLotto and LuckyGiftCards.
They are scamming people for very long time even before bitcoin existed, and in this case they first created fake token that never got released and they sold it to people.
Than they created LuckyGiftCards website and gave fake tickets to people who purchased their non existing tokens, and now they shut down their website.
It is time for Sulim Malook to go in jail behind bars, so please post any information you have.
