I'm surprised they even respond to tickets because like I've said in another thread a few days ago, most of the links are dead and lead nowhere, not to mention that they are copying cex.io website.
Probably scam accusation is good place to post this, if you can, try move it to there.

Yesterday there was a new post with a link to a new game with a promo code that gave you 19$ to play in there roulette and after 1 play you could withdraw without deposit by talking with there suport team. I won +/- 800$, my account was frozeen right away and i started talking to the suport team to unfrezee my account to keep playing and/or withdraw my winning. They asked me to install a cashback plugin "CCB Cash" and wait to activate my account. After 24 hours there was no activation and they asked to delete that plugin and install another one. 3 sec later my balance of 0.04 was transfered out to another account and then to a 3º account.
