My selfie gets rejected now for the 20th time. Either it's not too sharp or they say I manipulated it
Even a DSLR photo is not accepted!

Quite frankly their support contains of maybe 6 people who do everything. Sometimes the chat takes hours to answer and the same person you chat with ends up to be an authoriser for verification. But they tell you it's a different team.

I'm honestly pi**ed off by them and can't recommend them at all.

Hi there,

I agree that these guys (Cryptopay) are come and utter scammers!! I've ordered a card 2 months ago....and when I emailed the other day to follow up....their fantastic excuse was to blame the card manufacturer "no longer delivering outside the EU". Surely I would get my card refund then?
F### it's been a fight. Still sitting in the same position though. It's been a complete nightmare and wish I had seen a similar thread to this before being fooled.

In short....AVOID Cryptopay at all costs!!! Customer service is appalling and you'll end up wasting time more than anything else.

Stick to the reputable companies.

Probably just a super bad case of misleading advertising, at least you were able to refund the purchase. You should consider using other services to buy bitcoin debit cards, try using more reputable services. If contacting support doesn't work, maybe the threat of a lawsuit will make then hurry up and help you. Try contacting them on other forms of social media, maybe twitter or facebook.

Also pretty sure that misleading advertising is illegal everywhere in the world so you could report them.

Customer service sends a smugly email saying they are "sorry for the inconvenience"

They told you this assuming they'll be working on to fix it asap or just that and that they can't do anything about it?

I ordered the Cryptopay Debit Card via Express delivery ($85) yesterday.

I signed up over a referral link which should give me a $21,25 discount and further boni.

Cryptopay now REFUSES to give out the discount and the other boni.

Reason: I did not provide the email of the referral account holder.

This is, though, ridiculuous. I don't have that email, and I don't even need it: in every account Cryptopay advertises users to win new users over a, you guessed it, referral link - not an email.

I contacted them and was sure they would just apologize and give me the discount in bitcoin or EUR or USD. Especially since I sent them a screenshot of the signup process. Customer service sends a smugly email saying they are "sorry for the inconvenience". Needless to say that I will cancel the card of these SCAM kings and will report them to every institution I can think of.

What EU country are they in? Misleading advertising is illegal.

I already read about their customer service being incompetent and that promo codes often don't work. Who has had similar problems?
