OP need to leave links to Whitepaper. And show the link where the text was copied. After all, your accusation is based on the plagiarism of Whitepaper.

The Ann and Whitepaper both are just replica and everything there is copied from Udemy. The Ann contains all the links which is also archived.
I am not sure how should I upload the pdf here. I can add few more screenshots if that is what you mean?
There are several red flags , like using udemy in domain name, using thread bumping services (Most comments have now dissapeared)
No team info, no plans, no product, no details. Just a small website that is also made of a readymade prebuilt theme/udemy clone.
This is an outright scam and nothing else.

He accused them of plagiarizing the whole site of Udemy. And, the same content was used to make the Whitepaper (as in screenshots posted in OP). I actually don't have any doubts regarding this accusation.

A post from their ANN thread:

Interesting, But i will stick with the original https://www.udemy.com

Since you basically rip their design and use it on your project.
thank you. We will show everyone our professionalism compared to other projects

Atleast they are not coming up with some excuses. Makes work easy for us. Cheesy

Regarding airdrop, I think it seems like some sort of trading airdrop maybe like the one who trades the most tokens during a certain period will get X amount of tokens. Its more like a competition actually.

But thats my guess only. Need to look at rules to see what they have actually planned in the competition.

What Happenned :- Copied Content, Plagiarized Ann and Whitepaper, No Team, No details , Domain name infringes copyright

Whitepaper is nothing but just a duplicate (pdf version) of Bitcointalk Ann

The content is copied word by word from udemy

Copyright Infringement :-

Domain name contains copyrighted word "udemy" , which is also a company in same business domain.

The website or Ann contains no team details, no plans, nothing.

Users are asked to buy 0.05 BTC minimum worth to get Airdrop. How is this then a Airdrop?

Dev is surely using thread bumping service as most comments are from newbie accounts , just praising the project and seem illogical.
