If their focus is exchange listing and not the project's development like the basics - launching website, we already know where this is heading. Just another money grab project and the dev wants to get his pocket full from those naive traders. I hope people will research the project's foundation before they throw money into this.
What happened: Dex Protocol Network took that little explanation they have from TecraCoin and Tezos. On top of that, they have no website, no whitepaper, no social media presence, but what they have is some exchange listing, and announcement for more exchanges. Looks like a money grab attempt.
