@OP, there’s a lot of ads like this on google if you will search other popular casino like Stake and Sportsbet. Some of them is phishing and some of them is just an affiliate. It’s better to bookmark the casino or use the link provided on there ANN thread here to make sure you are browsing the correct website.
Don't worry about me, i just don't want other people got trapped by this type of scam. Most of people just googled it and just click whether the popped up on top. If it's legit site, they are okay, how if scam site appeared on top? They would lose all their money just because signed/logged to phising site.

That's I don't use search on Google when I want to open a casino site, I keep opening the casino site, not just duelbits but applies to other casino sites, I visit their official ANN to enter the site, maybe a lot of people on the forum use this method, but people new people who don't know forums or people who aren't careful about the sites they go to will just believe them, thank you for the information and I will participate in reporting phishing links so that there are no victims
because of the way it uses ads, I believe they are targeting people who are not from the forum. Many casino users on forums have already bookmarked the site of the casinos they usually play at. I did that too, so for forum users, I don't think there would be a chance to be fooled in that way.
it looks like the method is aimed at getting a lot of affiliates from new registrant accounts using the reference code from their account.
if they are just looking for invites it won't hurt too much , it will be a big loss if they create a clone site which is almost 100% exactly the same as the original site , we know what will happen after a new user makes a deposit

It’s easy to spot phishing website even if they clone copy the website when you check carefully the URL. Creating a clone copy of casino is really expensive because you will need to game providers and other casino engine features just to make it realistic. It’s better to do affiliate like what the OP accused as phishing compared to investing huge money on copying casino without any guarantee for a victim.

It's a very old trick by some affiliates they purchase a domain and create a redirect for it for their affiliate link, in this case, the affiliate bought the domain Duelbits.site and on his Cpanel he redirect the domain he bought to his Duelbits affiliate link and to maximize promotion he uses Adwords and targeted keywords.

So this https://duelbits.com/?a=terrence92 that is on sponsored ads redirects to https://duelbits.com/?modal=Auth&type=register, not really a good strategy as you can be reported to the site you're promoting, there could be a violation for imitation.

As far as I know Duelbits doesn't have any other link mirrors except the main .com, and then I try to access with the second site that the OP showed (duelbits.site) it only leads to referrals (?a=terrence92) maybe someone tried another site that only want to get referrals but still not recommended to be accessed if the site is suspicious because phishing sites are more dangerous when we are trapped.

Google search always displays advertising sponsors above the main link, so we have to be even more careful when searching there, not only in other types of casinos, phishing sites are always displayed in Google ads.

it could be that he wants you to think that he only wants referral but he is also getting passwords for someone loggin in thru this domain.
duelbits should just be tracking him now that he is exposed in mirroring their website, that's still a violation.

I checked the duelbits.site. you can't actually log in through the domain. if you click "register" or the big image on the webpage you will be redirected to the real duelbits. I've encountered websites like this before and I even mistook one for being a phishing site. that being said I still recommend not using the website as a way to go to the real duelbits.

I trust the Google search engine but I do not trust their AdWords, because it can be manipulated by using targeted keywords
They are handled by the same company so still the same, no matter how you trust google.

so always ignore those sponsored ads because they will land you on phishing sites
Much better if people will know how important of using ad blocker for desktop user and those who have built-in ad-blocker for mobile browsers such brave and firefox. I always set my block trackers settings to aggressive for mobile and uBlock Origin for desktop that's why clicking google ads whether its on google search page or any other website is near impossible.

Plus, kindly report the ad, it will be a big help

Thanks for the advice, but I would go one step further : let's just stop using google search and all search engines where paid ads skip ahead of real search results; furthermore without even checking the veracity and goodness of the ads for which they do not hesitate to put money in their pockets.

So basically google don't give a f** if their users get scammed and earn twice behind their backs : once for the traffic users generate and secondly for the paid announcements.

That is why I quit using google search engine long ago.

he invested to his affiliate marketing business though and seem very serious to it. duelbit will notice him when he gets a lot of referrals.

I trust the Google search engine but I do not trust their AdWords, because it can be manipulated by using targeted keywords, so always ignore those sponsored ads because they will land you on phishing sites, if you have an account on Duelbits or any sites that you're using just make sure you bookmark it and you will always land in the right site because it has a star or a note on that bookmark.

Duelbits logo should be the first thing to look out for and what (duellist.site)  have on the phishing site it is just plain in which the domain name is even suspicious enough. Searching sites on google might be risky especially sites that involves deposit, withdrawal and rewards. If this was a case of a complete novice maybe such would have made deposits and who knows what might follow after that.

Cross checking this links to ensure it matches that of the official link might escape one's memory and the way this phishing links will present convincing welcome messages one might mistaken it for the official link. It is better to stick to BTT forum links shared on their official thread.

Hello there, when i tried to visit duelbits' site, i found about these links. At first, i thought its mirror links of duelbits' site, but when i asked it on duelbits' live support chat box, they told me it's not their official link.

You can see, the legit link which is duelbits.com is on top, then we can see the second link, which i asked to live support, then the third link which i think it's also a phising link (the blogspot & gandom)

With that, please help me to report those phising link so it's not appeared as "sponsored" sites while we want to visit duelbits.
