Yeah its true that during bull run some holders like to join crypto investment field with the extra amount but project like this is always should be out of choice list. They offer a form of investment, selling a dream and promising high profit (income) without any phisically product. Usually this kind of activities will ended as a scam.
Presenting new type of investment is one of their common weapon and its the way by which they want to create trust among crypto investors. Scammers know that after getting bad experience from most common scam projects like ponzi, hyip, fake airdrops people will not gonna waste their money again and in a situation like this slightly different project can increase the chances of having new investors.
