nutildah A lying clown, I put trust in the promotion of fraudulent project because I objected to the topic and pointed out that you can not trust the user. Didn't provide any proof.
Clown answer where I advertised this project?

You are 100% owned by the bumping service that bumps this thread and 90% likely to be the same member as all the others. I should have screenshotted your posts but there's already enough evidence to know you are all the same person:

1. You post (exclusively or near exclusively) in the same threads as the bumping service.
2. You have the same Local Time as the bumping service (an obscure Iceland time zone shared by ALL of the bumper accounts).
3. You have the same style of writing as all the other bumper accounts (one or two line shitposts / easily-answerable questions which you respond to as an excuse to add a post toward your contracted quota).

Your service is a clear detriment to the forum. Just because you found a way to evade the no spamming rule
by running multiple accounts doesn't mean you aren't a professional spammer.

Don't fret too much: I will soon open a formal scam accusation against your entire service as the vast majority of threads which you are hired to bump are eventually exposed as scams.
That's bullshit, not proof. Were you specifically asked where I advertised a project accused of fraud? You tell some nonsense that once again confirms that you are a liar and paranoid. You want proof? You created an accusation of fraud June 24, 2019, 03:20:54 PM, accusing me of promoting the project, the topic of which I once unsubscribed https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.51549775, moreover, with a critical remark. The rest of the posts I made late charges, criticizing your paranoia and tendency to blame all. This on what you want advertisements project? You're a clown and a liar...

Spear the bees
Obvious scam.
Any time a group of developers is too lazy to write their own whitepaper and takes it from others, you know that there is no passion behind the project.
There are no new ideas being brought forth, otherwise the whitepaper would be unique. It's just a money-hungry device of regurgitation.
The lack of team members only adds to that fire of filth.

Project ANN: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-expi-posmn-application-for-payment-of-your-knowledge-5142574
ANN creator: expi
Website: https://expi.world/

Flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=280

Why its (most likely) a scam:

The Expi project is a copy/paste of a previous ICO called Experty. It lifted the entirety of the former project without crediting it in any way. In addition, it has no team members mentioned anywhere on the website or in the ANN thread.

The Expi white paper plagiarizes the Experty white paper in an almost word-for-word fashion, however, in certain areas they did apply a text spinner (which makes it almost nonsensical) . For example, from the Expi white paper:

Before showing the team members we have a difficult way to register a company in Estonia. View WhitePaper WP Etherium and Tron and you can also say that Justin Sun from Vitalik Buterin. Believe me, our team did not work on this project. If you knew the cost of developing this application, you would not be talking about the fact that we had enough money to hold an ICO and do everything professionally. In the world of cryptocurrencies you have to survive. Gone are the days when any idea seemed futuristic. Our main task is to make increase coin consumption as much as possible inside our app.

Finally, this project has employed a bumping service to bump its thread on a daily basis since it was created. In my experience, this type of service is nearly always an indicator of a scam or at best a mediocre idea with no real long-term plans of success. Accounts belonging to the bumping service include.

Sapchene
Sawras
Valeriiko
VerDinr

Umka.Beliy

In summary, based on the criteria of having:

1. a plagiarized white paper
2. no team members
3. hired a bumping service known for bumping scam projects in the past

I believe it is extremely likely that this project is a scam, and potential investors should be forewarned.
