The same scammer is active under a new domain:

Code:
uniswap-free.com

I have reported this to the abuse email of his webhoster, which quickly took the site offline, but the scammer has since changed his webhoster.
Apparently he is also still operating a twitter page: @UNISWAP_FREE that sometimes promotes the phishing site. I have reported the Twitter account for phishing and for impersonation but Twitter has not blocked them so far.

See also https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-fake-uniswap-10000000-airdrop-5279912 for same scam, different domain names.

There is also a mail I received to verify and be qualified to receive the next uni airdrop so I quickly consults people that knows more than me to confirm if they also received such mails from Uniswap. Luckily I was responded and instructed not to click on any mail as it's scam.
Very good, at least you ask some more experience players in the crypto sphere and not just trust any email with regards to this Uniswap giveaway because that happen last September and I think this is just a one time airdrop. And that is why scammers are using this bait and wait if someone will fall for this scheme.
It would be nice if a beginner like this asks someone who is more knowledgeable and experienced in the crypto field then it will be fooled into a scheme like this because it will lead to a good thing not to click on it.
But that is the carelessness that keeps you stuck, therefore I think schemes like this are now mostly via email by sending spam. No wonder if someone who is not unified will click on it to get the fake giveaway.
But thank goodness you asked in advance about things like this.

One of the most commonly used fake giveaways by scammers in recent months is using Uni's name. Because this airdrop was the most profitable airdrop recently, people are more interested in this coin. Scammers always use the names of projects that are popular in the crypto market to scam. They keep an eye on the coins that can create hype in the crypto market, then crypto traders will know the details about it and fall into the trap of scammers hoping to get airdrop.

You did a good job of warning everyone by posting this.

Exactly, for us experienced crypto users, the name of the site is confusing as we al know that ETH and UNI at least does not sound good. But for those newbies, this is definitely eye catching for them with you have two of the hottest name in the business right now.
Due to recent DeFi hyip newbies are getting introduced with the name of "Uniswap" and this is why scammers are massively using this name on their domain. Most interesting thing is that if you try to purchase a domain name with the word Defi or uniswap you will get few left where most related domains have already been purchased. Recently I checked this on namecheap and surprised that some domain has been to premium list.

So you can take a idea from this how popular and expensive this domains are now. If I am not making any mistake then Defi related scammer's are the owner of most of these domain and they will launch one by one in upcoming days.

Honestly the domain name is quite confusing. I am sure it will confuse many users to get scam. I have to admit that scammer is very clever and that's why he choose that domain. Anyway, those running for free tokens, most probably they would fall in such as trap.
Owner of this site choose this domain to take this advantage and interestingly they have blended the name of ETH & Uniswap together to hunt them who know about both platform. You can call him clever but this is why they are scammer who apply all their trick to make others fool.

So these criminals are wise enough now, if you can call them clever because we know that it can really fool many newbies to this fake giveaway.
It has become commonplace for ETH and UNI as a means of fake giveaway, experienced people know how to trick newbies with big project names, maybe they can say withdrawals for them to get huge profits and that's all they do is simply to deceive many people and for me who already know this old giveaway has become commonplace, it only reminds the awareness of beginners.

Thanks for sharing with us, perhaps many users will be aware about this scam.  Although this is old scheme method but the scammer used 2 famous names to gain trust.

Another newly created fake airdrop related website. Interesting thing is that they are using a domain which is a mixture of ethereum & uniswap. What a idea! Running two giveaway by a single website and targeting new crypto users to steal their money. Owner of this website made it to run it for multiple purpose and he think it will increase the chances of getting investors from both platform (Eth and Uniswap).

I believe who have minimum knowledge about proper crypto investment will not waste their money and time after this garbage.
Is it crazy to run a name with 2 famous projects ETH and UNI Shocked oh my god the way they continue to be tricked into making it even more interesting, maybe for them, it's amused that there is no big project on a mission like this unless this cooperation is tantamount to them and I'm sure no one will be affected in their seduction.
See if there is another fake giveaway with 2 different names? Grin
