I did check the domain's history here thru whois.net, and it looks like they started scamming this year. And in about two months, those criminals are in the 1 BTC range already.

What happened:
This is a fake faucet that ask a payment in order to send a big amount of BTC.
Obviously there is no service that can "exploit" faucet and other blockchain site... but according to the address of scammer a lot of people (around 400) have lost their precious bitcoin.
