People are still hoping to get a slice of the airdrop even the event is over. I hope users will wake up and face the fact that they already miss the chance to get the instant 2000$/400 UNI. My advice is to move on and keep believing in airdrops so that they will not miss the chance Wink

UNI airdrops is not an airdrop for everybody it's more like a rewards token for those who used the platform, I don't believe in airdrops anymore I have tons of it, I prefer to participate in bounty campaign because you have a chance to get a good coin here than doing airdrops.

^ Not really surprised if those bastards keep taking advantage through this airdrops to deceive people on the crypto space because there are some numerous newbies being dragged by defi hype and want to get free money, but unfortunately there's no such thing in this world. Everything needs our own efforts.

To the OP, I received also message from this fake uniswap airdrop named felix carter.

I also received it in my old mail and seems it was from a different name (IIRC), his/her name not really matter in this case since high likely it was a disposable mail address.

I am not too sure from where they get our mail address, maybe it from old Google+ groups. Did you receive it in your main mail address? If so, then it would be better to create a fresh mail.

And he's giving this link to join this airdrop.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfArv9yFv9JOdpoO05xWOUcg1LQEsdi2vHEgdVvvBht7iCHIA/viewform?gxids=7757

I know it is fake as it can be so I didn't bother to enter my details. I just checked the form and this site. I am just wondering how they are getting the email addresses of these people.

Nice catch, if we would look at this board, it's dominated by this Fake UniSwap airdrops. So it means that scammers are taking advantage of this hype and making a lot of a websites with "uniswap" in it to try to lure and scam beginners, specially that they are going to look for it and think that they can make free money around the Uniswap hype. But it is the other way around, as they might feel victim for this fake airdrops. Yes, its tiring to see that it is still happening, but we need to continuously remind people here, specially beginners.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
The atmosphere of hype is still happening so the scamer is still taking advantage of it in this situation, especially newbies who need to be on alert, I think airdrops with this malware are very dangerous especially if we don't check them.

I am tired of seeing uniswap fake airdrops still happening so I think we should be aware that we should not be greedy in taking action by not checking them.

Good catch I appreciate it.

Once a man, twice a child!
I think it's about time people took out their time to crosscheck websites before rushing in to use them. That way we should be able to know what we are dealing with before hand. I for one won't indulge in an airdrop like that seeing the URL, coupled with the fact that Uniswap airdrop just ended a while ago. Also, I think users here should bookmark the "whois" domain so they can easily run a check on any site before making use of it. OP, I commend your discretion in not highlighting the malicious site and thereby preventing readers from clicking on it.

BTW, most airdrops are worthless.
