Sorry to bumped the thread but I've this still going on around and hasn't been taken down yet. As I was scrolling on YouTube's  "Stories and short videos" on my mobile this somewhat appears on my suggestion. This is the YouTube channel that promotes it Money TV and I already reported that one as most likely his videos are into this kind of things.

Glad this thread has been created I thought this was new as I was about to make my own. Just an awareness to new on crypto as well about this kind of scams.

This will not be a battle that we have to go thru everyday, it will just take a few minutes of our time to report this. Of course, scammers will just create a similar sites in the future, but at least we help clean up the space specially for beginners.
Thats correct thanks for sharing. I just posted it here so everyone who been seen this kind of scam attempt will avoid those too good to be true sites. 0.05BTC is not small and come on, who will give it easily right?

But I have found some pop-up notification for downloading software/other things. So most probably these software contains virus/malware. I tried to check one link and see it redirecting some new chrome extensions. So it could be harmful to us. we should be aware of it.
Thanks for mentioning mate, at least readers here would be aware aside from this tricky site theres more to it. We should expect some redirect links with harmful viruses or malwares.

I just have checked the site how actually it works. I input an invalid (33333....) wallet address in the wallet place. And the balance is shown at 0.1 BTC. LOL! It's a pure scam and it is a time waste for the visitors.

Now think about what is the benefits of the site owner? Is there any investment policy there? So that they can scam people money? I can not find it. But I have found some pop-up notification for downloading software/other things. So most probably these software contains virus/malware. I tried to check one link and see it redirecting some new chrome extensions. So it could be harmful to us. we should be aware of it.

There are a few similar websites and they are all scams. They want to track addresses that have a lot of bitcoins and probably want to hack the computers of the participants. It's best not to care about free things that are too valuable.

What Happened:
This site will ask for your bitcoin address then in order to get 0.05btc, you are required to get 25 invites. From there we knew that this is a scam, why need to invite 25 new users to fill up btc address. Probably address with balance will be check by this thug and will target for their scam activity.
