who's got scammed? hes or she's not scamming anyone, it's just wallet mainly used for exchange on IDEX.
if you ever try idex you should understand this. even if you withdraw your balance it's always show out on transaction. incoming transaction also shown as out.

You have to press on wallet in etherscan, not on token in this wallet. Also I've checked that address and there was internal transaction of 54 eth.
