Its because of their referral which is completely copied from old MLM business. This guys are offering referral bonus upto level 5 and due to this alluring offer some greedy people are running after their project and promoting blindly. Investing on this kinda project is nothing but a waste of money and time.

I also just realized about this project yesterday from an advertising network and looks like it was not shared by the team but from their victim who wants to get more people under their link, due to the high of rewards from referral no wonder if greedy people will do it. Definitely a Ponzi and its good that you referenced it here in case if anybody was doing research on them now or in the future, but the OP hasn't logged in to the forum for almost a year. The one thing that caught my attention from the WHOIS record was:
