Look like a lack of evidence. you have to take the proof PayPal transaction and anything necessary. Take a look at what happens when a lack of proof? no response by the member and I thing in case the same way. Paypal it could be canceling your case if you don't send any valid proof.
So, it is an auto-buy shop, you don't know there are has products are valid, Seller might be put his shop as though empty product, invalid code, wrong password and etc to tricking free money.

I will suggest you to provide necessary evidences (Ex: transaction ID, Screenshots, Chat details) which will help forum DT members to take their actions. Its good to see that you followed the proper format but still its incomplete due to lack of proper evidences. That's why you are not getting community users attention here. Thread visitors will love to see all evidences against that user to make their final decisions. Just edit your main topic by adding all evidences what you have got in your hand. What happened::
I saw Leeonsnow thread 8 days ago and purchase 10 codes through the shop site https://leonsnow.atshop.io/. After I sent the payment and waited until now I did not receive anything. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.
