he can send the letter of guarantee to one of the highly trusted members of this forum to check it and ask him to post here to confirm or deny this story. I suggest LoyceV for this as he has done it before.

with the new exchange the service showed the wallet the same as last time
Do you mean they gave you the same deposit address for two different mixing orders!
Addresses reuse is not recommended for privacy reasons and if done by a mixer, which is supposed to enhance user's privacy, then this is a big red flag.
Maybe it wasn't a clear indicator that they were going to scam but it shows how bad their mixing service is.

But, you can put the alleged evidence in this thread, for all to see, so to speak.
I wouldn't recommend doing this, for privacy reasons (which is the aim of using a mixer in first place). But, if really needed by the community, he can send the letter of guarantee to one of the highly trusted members of this forum to check it and ask him to post here to confirm or deny this story. I suggest LoyceV for this as he has done it before.

Mixers business is very easy to scam others and for that reason you need to deal with established mixers. I don't know how you guys get those random mixers but I will never trust a random mixer even a mixer that does not have at least over half a decade of experience to be in the business.

Sorry for your loss OP. I wish people would do more research before using a mixer.

I sent several small exchanges for the test ($100-200$) btc -> eth, everything went ok, with the new exchange the service showed the wallet the same as last time, I sent 0.5 BTC but did not receive ETH. I wrote to support, more than a day has passed since the transaction - there is no answer and no money
6 days have passed since the transaction, I wrote a letter from 3 different mails(With letter of guarantee), there is no answer anywhere
This is one of the ways how scammers operate, first they lure people with doing normal transactions of smaller amount of coins, but as soon as you send larger amount they scam you.
They are not active in bitcointalk forum anymore so you won't get any answer from them, but you could add some proof (conversation screenshots, transactions, etc.) for your claims and create a flag against them.
EDIT: I just saw someone accused them in 2021 for cloning other scam mixer :/

That's how they work, and beginners thought that its the easiest way to test a project, especially mixers, I'm pretty sure that it's too late for OP to find out that this mixer is a scam if he takes the time to check the profile of the promoter here he'll see a flag, but that's how we learn our lesson we get scammed then we do research to prove if the project is a scammer when it should be the other way around, people should learn the basic, do your research first before using or depositing and it applies to all sites that deals with money.

Aside from the fact that it's a shame about the OP's case, like many cases we see people being scammed and opening a thread here, when they could have avoided falling into the trap by doing a little research, I wanted to comment on this:

Dude... That's terrible - Why did you even bother with a mixer anyways, are you out of your financial mind? Huh

Did you get a certificate from them or anything ?

Fuck mixing sites, there is really no need anymore, I mean,... just... why? Huh

I don't know if it's sarcasm or what, since there are a lot of mixer advocates here, especially those who wear CM's signature. I have also seen others like franky1 defend the opposite, that is, that they put you in the crosshairs of the authorities.

Can you specify why you say this?

I used it a long time ago and everything was ok, now I made quite a few transactions, everything was ok, but they did not complete this payment
They don't have a chat, only mail, which they don't answer. If there is no reaction from them here, I will post more detailed information, so as not to indicate the wallet. If necessary for the administration, I can provide in the PM,

The forum staff is not in the business of exposing scammers, as scams are not moderated on the forum. It is written about it in forum rules. But, you can put the alleged evidence in this thread, for all to see, so to speak. But I'm afraid the forum community won't help you either, except to sympathize and write a negative review to the scammer in the trust.

You might wanna add more details like the transaction ID, screenshots including your chat with the support,

I am sorry about what you are going through, but you should avoid using such unpopular services, there are so many good ones that are more popular. To be honest, it's my first time seeing this service.

it's astonishing that you missed this scam accusation [SCAM] CryptoSwapper.net is a clone of UltraMixer.net [connected or a rip-off]  Cry

Why didn't you look at this user's trust before doing anything on their site? There's been a flag there since last August and two negative reviews. That's why the trust was created, so that people like you don't fall into the hands of scammers.
