I am hoping that OP you're doing fine still. Because by just reading these keywords that you have said.

she goes by billionaire_kate_fx on Instagram
private bot trading program
20% of the profit,
in 2 weeks my investment has turned into $19100
but now shes telling me I need to purchase $1000 in trding signals or I can't withdraw

It's more than enough to say that you've been scammed. No one out of the blue will offer to trade for you and just give you profit in a week or two or even a month. Real trading and real money does comes in a difficult way. And if these strangers are giving you the vibes that it's easy for them to make money, make money for themselves without having to offer you to invest on them.

I did a little research and by now it's obvious that this is a scam site, sorry to burst the bubble to the OP,

https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/globalstockmarket.org

And that is why we don't trust anyone who just message us, a random individual and then we give them our trust right away and invested huge amount of money. And hopefully, for those newbies, do not fall for this kind of trick.

Not sure if I can Name drop on here, but just wondering if anyone has heard of Kate Colman out of the UK she goes by billionaire_kate_fx on Instagram she does a private bot trading program and she messaged me on Instagram I invested $1700 CAD and deposited into Newton wallet and then purchased bitcoin to trade on globalstock-market.com for 20% of the profit, in 2 weeks my investment has turned into $19100 but now shes telling me I need to purchase $1000 in trding signals or I can't withdraw, does this sound fishy, does anybody know of her?

Does that username and popularity make you invest in what he offers? He must be good at convincing. You invest in the first message because you fear losing a profit.
When faced with this scenario, people should take their time and verify the truthfulness of the offer.

Now that purchasing a $1000 trading signal before you can withdraw is an old game played by scammers to their willing victims, it is a scam. A reputable platform has no conditions when you want to withdraw other than account verification.

I wish people would think before doing. What I mean by that is, why did this person message you? Were you looking for an investment opportunity and they saw that then contacted you? Was it a random message?

Whatever the reason be, think before sending anyone money. Do some research. Use platforms such as this 1 to ask questions and maybe save yourself a headache.

Uh, I don't think I understand one thing correctly, you said that you deposited into newton wallet and purchased BTC, did you deposited into her account or you create your own? Weren't you in control of what's inside the wallet if you deposited to your own account? She can't dictate whether you can or can not withdraw what's inside your own account.
It appears newton wallet is a custodial kind of wallet used by Canadian used to buy coins like BTC using fiat. After this, he probably created an account with the fake trading site (globalstock-market.com) probably owned by the scammer. The bot trading programs and signals are probably purchased as packages from the site.

All I can see is that this is a common scam I have seen before. In fact, I was talking to some friend about this in the evening.

Ahh, yes. That's more likely to be what's happened than what I have in my mind; that he was a bit unfamiliar with how newton work and trusted her when she said he can't withdraw without purchase or that he deposited into her account.

I am sorry to inform you that you have fallen victim to a Ponzi scheme scam.

They have set these high profits on their fraudulent Globalstock-market platform to entice you to deposit your money, and to make the scam effective and more convincing, they have contacted you from one of the fake accounts that have millions of followers to make you believe that you are talking to trusted people or official accounts, the other thing is that they also put fake feedback for some celebrities that they are investors in their platform and have actually received their profits.

This $19,100 that you see on their platform is fake money, so do not buy trading signals with more of your funds because it is impossible for you to withdraw even 1 Canadian dollar.

does this sound fishy
Not that it sounds fishy, but its an obvious scam and do not send them any more money that you already did. No legit investment platform could even get you few %, while these scammers supposedly managed to get you ~1000% profit in 2 weeks.

Rule of thumb: anyone send you a DM offering you an easy profit=scam. And forget about getting those 1700 CAD back.

it's a scam, and the "profit" they show you is just bait to get more money out of you. sadly you'd most likely not get you money back again.

regarding her IG account, she has a lot of followers but if you check her comment section you'll notice that all the comments are pretty generic and looks like it is just created by a bot to bring traffic to her posts. using bots is not uncommon to use by scammers, they do it to make it look like their page is getting a lot of traffic is legitimate.

This is an old way some scammers were using to scam people. But some people are still being victims of this scam.

but now shes telling me I need to purchase $1000 in trding signals or I can't withdraw,
You made profit already but you are not able to withdraw. Now the person told you to buy signal for $100. Definitely it is a scam. 100% scam. Avoid the person or he or she will continue to scam you.
