If there is no whitepaper then why you are going to invest? Hwite paper and proof of projects are key for successful ICO.
Also Referral system is a red flag for suspicious ICO's .

I saw lots of advertisement on my Facebook News feed about PLEXCOIN. Tried searching for it on google and some articles says that PLEXCOIN is a scam. One reason I saw is that its whitepaper is not available not until their pre purchased is finished and refunds is allowed only on pre-[urchased period. However, lots of people are buying it. I have plans on investing on this coin. On your opinion, is it scam or not? Thanks for helping me decide.
There are so many good projects out there you don't need to risk your money in something you suspect might be a total scam.
