Yes, the post was edited, it's easy to check because there is a clause Edit. Using of any traffic platforms in order to achieve the number of views is not allowed! Don't waste your money!
Some users didn't understand, that prepaid bot traffic is not allowed, so I added this message to clarify what does cheating mean.

I've remembered other guy, who sent me the Traffic source in his proof with the same website (https://youtu.be/LoDwuLKIbHA?t=1m31s) and he told me that he bought the traffic.

You had Zero traffic and then BOOM and again Zero.
You said you bought the Tweet, so I ask one more time, send the link of that big guy.
But, I'm 100% sure, that there is no tweet and you've just bought the traffic on some platform, which allows you to replace HTTP_REFERER.
P.S. Don't waste your money on the bot traffic.
