Anyway what I think is not normal is that they wouldn't simply answer to my question 3 times but chose to ignore me and I'm really pissed that I have to communicate with them now through you. This sounds hilarious, it reminds me of the days where we will get in conflict with a friend and use a 3rd friend to send our messages.

They are scamming me and it's clear as a white day.

Op there are two options to contact them now since the live chat not responding to your chats as you claimed. One you can send them an email which can be easier for you and also you can check their announcement thread to see their representative it he is active then you can present the issue with him and he will look into the communication with you with few questions and if he is satisfied then he will forward your case to the management of the casino.

Those are some of the ways you can settle the issue with them. Don't be offended if that suggestion doesn't met your next plan of action.

Due to the way the screenshot is made, I can't be sure which come first and which come after that [and the scrollbar didn't help as it's also messed up, I assume because you made screenshots right there and then, instead of after the whole conversation end] so I'll assume below is the last?

Hello, I'm writting this report against the site shuffle.com

I joined the site back in July and wagered around $600k in 2 months of playing and than I abandoned it.
I came back to see what my Airdrop 2 reward will be to see that I have missed it (not qualified for it)

I don't understand why the casino will promise Air drop 2 and not deliver it and ignore you when you ask about it ?
This is such a bad attitude towards players ( I know 600k$ wagered is not something insane but I think I deserve at least a reply)
