I am not seeing enough information on your topic which can prove the accusation you made against this user.
This seems to be an ongoing feud in Digital Goods - vareole is being accused of scamming by a bunch of newbie accounts, which all persistently fail to prove any link between those BTC addresses, telegram chats, and the Bitcointalk user "vareole".
Please do check out my thread too. Do you think there is insufficient proof there too? Unfortunately vareole is a smart bastard, but I think I have pretty good proof in my thread if you're looking for it. Please read it all. If anyone is doubting that I was scammed by that piece of shit, I am ready to get on the phone, video call, whatever to prove you that I'm real and unfortunately was one of the many victims of that guy. I think all the reports are quite real because the very same thing has happened to me too.
It is really frustrating also. It seems like everyone is so invested in defending him, while more and more people are reporting him (I saw a video proof of the exact same thing happened to me today) and he can't come up with a valide defense (not in my thread/case at least).
