Hi there everyone that came in.
i really want to know that is there any site to report a fraud? Like maybe having a chance of getting your scammed money back. Please, those who knew this please answer this topic.
*I got scammed so thats why ;/*

Unfortunately, there's no way for you to get your money back. Every crypto transaction are irreversible, and sorry to hear that you have been scammed, everyone here has been scammed one time or another.

Let that be a lesson to you and be sure to learn from it.
Got your word. A great lesson for cryptocurrency. Will be more careful next time.

And just to add though, if my memory serves me right, I saw one scam accusations about a supposedly company that will help you out to get back your money back. If someone message or PM you, telling to help you with your problems, don't pay attention to them, they are another set of scammers.
yet another quote haha, yeah i saw a lot of them
"we will help you get your money back" but asks for private key or word pharse. Even a money before service. If theyre legit why would you be asking for a service fee before doing it? Looks like a 10 yrs old lie

update: i knew that UK gov got a federal trade site named ftc.gov they acctually help people that got scammed take their money back too. But it is 2months already that i reported this to them. No reply or anything

Are you an Us citizen or from Uk?
If you're not from US the FTC can't help you, what you would need to contact would be the British police at actionfraud.police.uk

But, the bad news is that the company you've been scammed by might not be located in the UK.
The address they list on their website is used by so many companies, just google
Code:
site:bitcointalk.org Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom

The actual owners of that site might be from anywhere, from Madagascar to Bolivia.
Oh welp, then maybe no chance for me. Im from Thailand, the goverment and lawyer are pretty much not worth it. Maybe even more than i got scammed. I searched their domian. They use fake location, said that the site in UK but acctually from Romania. They have been scamming a lot of people. A high chance that they scammed more than 100k already

Your best bet is to report on authorities. To recover your funds someone would need to make a tx from the scammer address and send it to your wallet. Which means they have to get the private key/seed, or force the scammer on gun point. I don't think any random guy on the internet can do that, even finding the location of the scammer is a task on its own. As others said, if somebody said they can do this, there's a high chance they're scammers themselves.

Already did posted there. you could see the site i got scammed. Before i did buy from the site i searched there and there is none so i thought it was ok and i just take the risk. <-- Idiot me :[

At least you learnt your lesson. Be careful next time.
understood, will take this 370$ worth of lesson

I have seen plenty of websites that were pretending to be Mister Wolf who fixes your problems in cryptocurrency space. Most of them are scammers too, right after they recieved money for fake provided services, they disappear. From my point of view, the psychological aspect plays a major role here. Fraud victims are tend to trust anyone who offers help with magical solutions regarding how to return their losses. I don't know exactly who can help you in this case, it depends on the situation in your country, whether or not cryptocurrencies are regulated in your country. Sometimes it is very helpful to call the police and explain the situation.

i get that, a lot of "email service" that wants you to pay before the service first. i mean, if they could get the funds back why dont they just take their fee from the recovered funds. That is just for lying to 8yrs old

I don't think any website will be able to help you to get your money back. If you have enough legal information about that platform then you can hire a lawyer and make a complain to your local police. Although entire procedure is lengthy and costly.

For now you can submit a proper scam accusation by following this thread; Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)

also, the website i got scammed by sold equipments/hardwares. Their trustpilot is full of bots they hired. If theres a legit review, they deletes them instantly saying "please provide a real legit order id, we are 100%Legit!".
