There's nothing to lose to try : backend or Cloudone1 don't ask for payment first. I've messaged CloudOne1 with informations from a guy who scammed me on Paypal two months ago, and one week later he sent me my money back.
Got back part of the money I wouldn't have been able to get myself, so pretty satisfied with this first case.
Submitted a second case a few hours ago, will keep this thread informed about the issue.

Beware of any negative feedback left by users claiming they have been scammed by multiple users.
