Sorry for your BTC loss, surprised to see a senior member falling for this, the locked topic alone is a big no-no not even mentioning his feedbacks at least Escrow should be used particularly for something like this.. Can you show us the tx, chat records etc...

I purchased $20 worth for $100 kohls cash from RicanulStore...i get an email saying they are out of the $100 kohls cash and for an extra $10 I can get the $200 kohls cash card...I was suspicious at this but I paid the extra $10 and he promised to deliver immediately...never received a response after that.
