Just a heads up though, for chat logs you should take screenshots or videos instead of having the whole thing copy pasted.

How can he shut down the VPS if it's hosted by Amazon? I don't understand this part, i'm quite a noob when it comes to tech so sorry if this is a dumb question. Though I mean, you could have just gotten AWS vouchers instead of buying the VPS direct from him.

Either way, make this a lesson for yourself. Don't make the same mistake, please please please. Use escrow, no matter how small the amount is(unless if transaction fees outweigh the risked amount ofc).

I think this is enough proof to warrant a negative rating, though. Some DT member please negatively rate him.

What makes you suspect that he has multiple alts? Can you list all the suspects please?

There is really no point in posting a scam accusation without actually providing any proof, because nothing can really be done against them. The burden of proof is on you, we as a community cannot just tag randomly on every scam accusation we see.

A list of things that you need:

1. TXID of the transaction you sent him
2. PM screenshots
3. Suspected alt accounts and your reasoning

Please update OP once you have these things, so that a DT member can tag accordingly.

can you provide proof that he scammed you such as convo logs, txid's, and anything relaying to your interaction with the user? as of now there's just your word and nothing else.
also, if you're claiming he has alt accounts, please post their names with whatever evidence you have linking those accounts to one another.
