It's hosted on a free wordpress account. So they're probably not even selling anything. Since it's hosted on wordpress, try give wordpress a shout and see if they can take it down for you due to infringement.

I thought the aim would be to prevent users from buying it and giving them exposure, but if you think the reward of further separating yourself is worth the risk of basically advertising it for more people buying it... I guess that's your choice.

The code probably has a backdoor in it too so whoever buys it will be screwed

Question is did bitdice verified files to be same like bitdice.com? Also the site is also selling dice script similiar to bitcasino.io.

Good that you found out.Anyway,he is mostly scamming the users who will pay for it because I'm confident he doesn't have your code,either front-end or back-end.That site is a scam with a fancy looking picture of your site as a reference.People who bought that code will already be regretting it.Regards,

You won't be able to bring these guys to justice and imo people will buy this more now that it's been brought to their attention.
