Let's take care of spamming on Bitcointalk, when you see spams then hit the report button and report it to the moderators. I am sure Discord and Telegram type of apps has their own spam reporting system.
I think it's all good, we can always multitask plus the board isn't limited to bitcointalk.

I just wanna add that if someone wants to go beyond, they could also report the suspicious user in their mutual server/s (if any) so the mods can kick them. Sometimes, mods would publish an @everyone announcement to warn the server members as well.
