I feel very sad reading this sort of scam stories by these betting companies.  it does really hurt.

There should be massive warnings to create awareness on all bitcoin forums and social media sites to warn the public about these scam bookies.

Never heard someone accused as a betting syndicate before , it seems a serious one, could be accused by a mistake or something else in judging.

The moment they accused you as a betting syndicate , your counter statement was about using tipster. That's very informative and they might help you out to fix the issue.

There's a real betting syndicate and I already saw some telegram group that offering tipster that guarantee a sure win. Maybe OP bet history is identical to many accounts that has same IP with him which is very shady. We don't know the real story here.

I hope that sportsbet will release there findings here and not settle this issue privately so that we can have closure on this kind of issue. There is a lot of accusation before with same content, I hope that they can explain what really happened.

I already talked with their live support and their email support for already 2 weeks and this is their final say.
I waited and gave them them a chance to resolve this with patienece, i posted on their main thread to get their attention so we can resolve it on private.
After opening a accusation its already been public and i don't think there will be difference if you solve this privately or here. Sportbet authority have already made their response here and its your turn now. Please share necessary informations with them and don't forget to change the topic title after getting the solution from their end.

The results of investigation is bit interesting. I will follow what will happen on his case as sportsbet already responded here. I hope they will not screw one player with measly 1300 bucks. Just be fair with the player and return the money if he has not violated any of your ToS.
It will not be a good idea to make early decision about a established platform like sportbet. They have already made their response to solve this issue. Its better to wait for their next update.

Using VPN is not a crime , using a tipster that could possibly a mafia and or a matchfixing operator that might be something to consider by them as a malicious activity .. that is the point you are considered as a betting syndicate.

But i really believe i got to a dead end with them so the last thing i got left is to go public with this case and if it doesn't help then at least warn other people

Iv'e been betting with them for about 2 months and had profit of 3000$+
Then after my balance was empty i deposited about 1300$ and then they didn't allow me to bet or withdraw.
After contacting them they first asked me to do KYC, then they accused me for multiaccounting, and today they accuse me for "being part of a betting syndicate" 🤦‍♂️
this is ridiculous, i could understand the multiaccounting accusation, since i'm using a popular VPN that could have made them to think that multiple users sign from the same ip, but a betting syndicate?!
I follow a tipster that that has hundreds of followers and most of its tips are being used by many users in a manner that the odds drop dramatically short time after he post them, so i guess there are multiple users that make the same bets, but i don't believe it's a reason to label me as a member of a betting syndicate.

Their support refuses to return my money for 2 weeks already.

What can i do?
We already have many cases like this as members going very quickly without contacting support and checking all things related to their account and after few days feel all is ok so better try to have contact with live support and then give all details about your account hopefully they will solve this issue as they already done many times before your case.

Before placing a scam accusation here i will suggest you to contact them through their official bitcointalk account. I don't know you have already contacted with them or not but if not then you can send your thread link by using forum PM system.

Here is their official bitcointalk account sportsbet.io.

I hope after receiving your PM they will give response here and from their explanation we will be able to know actually what happened with you. Until then keep patience amd wait for their reply here.
