Today I had the same problem that you have and they already solved and as compensation gave me free bet. You must be very patient, wait that they will solve your problem... No need to create this thread

Alright, why then can't send my initial deposit of 0.02 BTC back to me? They did it with that guy who won 21 BTC on their site.

Like I said, wait that they will solve your problem. Why are you rushing to get your deposit? sound like you did something wrong

Yeah, I did gamble only with 0.02 BTC and you think it is worth to give all your personal info to some website, that probably gets hacked sooner or later and gets leaked, and I am not the only person, who has this problem.
Ahhh so it's now "some website"... But you didn't mind when you were sending them the 0.02 BTC

Come on mate, all i see is you refusing to honor the request. If you were not willing yo send your personal info then you would have not tried to use the website in the first place. It was not like they forced you to sign up for them

Did you accept the terms on the website?
- Yes.

I don't understand why are you complaining.
You knew the risks of gambling and probability of them asking you for KYC.

As a gambler you should know your risks and accept loses.

You can choose to:
1. Lose your BTC
2. Lose your anonymity

There is NO SCAM case here.

I gave Steve my account username, I can't send him more than 2 messages in one day.. I did gamble with BTC and now they are asking for KYC, what I will 100% not give to any gambling site or exchange as it will get leaked sooner or later.
My account username: schhunge

I really hope, that we can fix this situation.

Did you read the TERMS for the website when you registered?
You agreed on this during registration on website.
They say that in any time they can ask you for KYC.
So that means: No KYC = No BTC for you.

Not at all, this isn't valid reason to call them scammer and write warning with big red letters. I noticed you have raised questions on their ANN thread. Why not give them few times before create a accusation thread. Even they have solved 21 btc accusation so I don't believe such as brand will scam you just for this small amount.

I will suggest, ask politely on their ANN thread about your problems, this isn't good way to convince or solve any issue. Who know perhaps it was a bug. If you didn't cheat them somehow I believe you will get return your wining funs. Be patience and wait for their answers on ANN thread.

Apparently you PM'd Steve from sportsbet.io a link to their thread in the gambling section, but he needs to know your sportsbet.io username so he can help you.  He already replied to you in their service thread:

yeah mate, Im with Sportsbet.io, but i need your user name, you emailled me this thread link. I can check your account and let you know what the problem is.

thanks,

Steve.

Sportsbit.io is a big, profitable company with a lot of users.  They are not scammers, and they aren't trying to scam you for ~$400.  Provide Steve with the information he's asking for, and give him some time to work things out.

You should first talk with Sportsbet.io team here on bitcointalk forum.
I saw that many cases they resolved quickly here.
I don't think they are scam, but maybe they will ask you to send them kyc info.

A little harsh to call them scammer at the moment. Have you tried to PM their rep here?
If yes what was his response?

If no, here is a link to the profile: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/sportsbetio-832366

Hello anyone, that would like to gamble here. DON'T DO IT, YOU GOING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU WON!

This is my story:

I did put 0.02 BTC in their website to play some roulette or blackjack, was not really thinking I will win something, but just try my luck. After some couple games, I did raise my balance to 0.06 BTC, I did some more gamble and decided I want to take out my winnings and then this happened, when i tried to withdraw it said: ''You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit due to security reasons.''

Now after 48 hours, i try to withdraw the funds out, it again says same thing, I tried to contact support and it says I need to contact security team. I would suggest everyone that thinks about gambling in here, think about it twice, because it will probably end in loss anyway.

There is my deposit TX ID:

There is where it says I have to wait 48 Hours still:
