Thanks Coboguard, I am out of sMerits but you deserve some for being observant. I might come back here when i get some more. We have an active fraud report to namecheap.com about the scam coin mixing service. I am not sure what really happened given that i submitted the unsecure "http" link

No, I didn't get bitcoins back. Support ignores my requests. This is scam.
Flag opened, you can support it; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2150;support

They were online today, and they ignored all the queries and comments. This coupled with the fact that support ignored to help you means that they are scammers. I am so sick and tired of scam mixers coming here pretending to promote themselves through signature campaigns only to exit scam.

I still don't understand why you use this new mixer. The new mixer is almost deceptive, but we have reliable legal mixers, such as chipmixer.com

...

They all do that otherwise, they wouldn't be able to scam or just peanuts.

Did you request a refund? No man, he just contacted him to see if they can drink the coffee together and he joined the forum to see how is the weather.

it would be good to remove this mixer from the list of work services. I found it on that list and I don't want other people to lose their coins either.

Removed, let me know if he gives back your coins. Thxs

Are they explicitly telling you to send another bitcoin, or they request you to open up a new mixing session with the same details to get a new wallet key (without sending another bitcoin)? I'm not familiar with how they work but their last message seems a bit unclear to me. Regardless of what it is, I think they should have a better refund procedure. If they really ask you to send new coins, I feel like they'll exit scam soon.

When a user creates a new sudoku wallet, he gets a zero balance account and access key, bitcoin address and private key from this address. The user can send any amount of coins for mixing.

When I was asked to create a new mixing for the same amount, this clearly implies sending new coins.

Already solved, please check out your email.

No, my problem is not solved. I still haven't got my bitcoins. Support hasn't responded to me for 4 days.

I've offered 3 refund options. I don't like the option of another mixing and sending you new coins. I have no confidence in your mixer.

I recommend other users to refrain from using sudoku wallet!

We don't have access to your coins, only you owns your private keys.
Please sweep them to your wallet.

That is their reply on their thread.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194344.120

I hope the sudoku staff will clarify themselves on this thread as well.
If they can't give good answers here, then, people should be aware this kind of issue in sudoku.
This is alarming for those clients who are trusting big amount of money to them.

Yes, they say that it has been resolved, but it looks like the OP hasn't received the mix coins.

They really need to go here and answer the OP, so that they can be heard as well. They just said it's on the OP's ball right now but it seems that is not the case. And with that said, the doubt on sudoku wallet as legitimate service is still up in the air.

In the last message, they told me to create a new mixing and send another 0.48 BTC.
No, I won't do it, that's absurd. They should process the previous transaction you made or give a refund when they knew that there's an issue/glitch on their end.

Clearnet or TOR browser?.
It doesn't matter, my wallet didn't work anywhere.

Fee 40sat/byte I think not a half hours to be confirmed, why you so late, waiting 4 hours to use electrum?
I didn't have time to wait for 3 confirmations. If you open the FAQ, you will find information that sudoku wallet is automatically deleted after 7 days. I was calm. I was sure that I could finish mixing today, tomorrow or any other free time. But my sudoku wallet stopped working after a few hours.

I see sudoku wallet support mail is [email protected]

3) After that I closed my browser and waited for the transaction to be confirmed.

4) I tried to log into Sudoku wallet a few hours later, but got an error: Wallet Key Not Found.

0.48455333 BTC lost in this address 12Czrsks5H3jtmVUqUnqZLW45xqX3Qq9SH where you have a private key. I am not sure what going on, in this case, you and sudokuwallet can access it.

Are you mean, can't access sudoku wallet using this key; qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf ?
Yes.

As I know when open wallet you received wallet key (qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf) and bitcoin address (where available to sending fund) together with a private key. If you can't access using wallet key, you can access using the different wallet like electrum because you have a private key.
Yes.

17aiiGHwvZGaZ5jeXgbccLsbgFwcBwewsh > is this address you own private key, right?
Yes.

then you sending 0.48455333 BTC into sudoku wallet 12Czrsks5H3jtmVUqUnqZLW45xqX3Qq9SH where you have a private key too.
Yes.

actually wallet became unavailable then going to email support together with wallet key. CMIWW
Yes.

My last question, Are you push Mix my coins! yet?
No.

1) I created Sudoku wallet: qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf.

2) I sent funds to the bitcoin address: 12Czrsks5H3jtmVUqUnqZLW45xqX3Qq9SH.

3) After that I closed my browser and waited for the transaction to be confirmed.

4) I tried to log into Sudoku wallet a few hours later, but got an error: Wallet Key Not Found.

5) Then I tried to connect the private key to my Electrum wallet, but I was late. Bitcoins were transferred to another address: 18Hxfd7oSQe885oHAbWE1WVG6KZs2v6A4. I don't know whose address it is and I don't have access to it.

6) I contacted support. The text and screenshots of their responses are at the beginning.

7) First they said that my wallet will be accessible in 1 hour, then that I had to create a new wallet and send it to them.

8) In the last message, they told me to create a new mixing and send another 0.48 BTC.

I don't think it's a good idea to send money to those who haven't returned my previous coins.

Try to create another mixing, and we connect private keys with clean coins with new wallet.

Please send us new wallet key.

This sounds quite ridiculous. So how is this mixer supposed to work under "normal" circumstances? You send them coins and they give you a private key? But they claim to be using CoinJoin (which is supposed to be trustless). Something doesn't up here.

And no, you shouldn't send them any more bitcoins. If they know that there was an issue they should just refund you.

Why don't you just send me the private keys here?

Or can you send mixed bitcoins to my address? Or make a refund to the address from which the bitcoins were sent.
