Sadly, there is nothing more that can be done for this.

You see when you take the deal to a known scammer, you are taking the risk. If you are that naive, probably new to this forum too, this should be a lesson for you. 20$ is a big amount in some countries exchange rate, so I hope you manage to get through it.

Cashapp is a service, that I have never used. Is there any chance you could contact their support if they have any and explain the situation to them? If the app is used for sending bitcoin, then of course there is no method to reverse that.

You should refrain from making any deal with that member after seeing the red tag on his profile, as he was already involved in the scam. But you deal with him and he sends you useless things.
