Never encounter this exchange up until now. But good thing for noobs who are easily tempted with good offers. So did someone already reported this to google as potential scam site?
Copying a design from legit exchange is a clear act of deception. I see some platform doing copy paste also of interface and saying that they just bought it. Plagiarizing the concept including this is not acceptable. They must have their own concept. Cex is a big exchange and no wonder why they are being targeted.

Indeed there have been many scams like this circulating but this is a good catch to make newbies aware of this, but we know the CEX.IO design used to be used by many scammers by registering directly to get lots of btc and having to deposit too to get this withdrawal very funny to scamer who has no new tricks.
I always tell newbes to stay away from this trap because it's clear that this is a prey that just joined crypto.

I think fellow scam buster @sujonali1819 maintained a thread about this CEX clone, Newbies attention. Don't get trap yourself with greed. And CEX.io already change their design already, so it doesn't make sense if people are still going to fall for this trick.
It doesn't make may sense we need to deposit first to get withdraw.Anyway it is using other exchange's layout so it is scam.

The balance is tempting so I have tried to withdraw but this appeared:
Do not ever deposit any amount in their website. They are just using fake balance to tempt users to deposit such .013 to further withdraw it. Surely a SCAM!

One more user promoting this scam exchange, using the same text and the same referral code like in the previous post. Probably an alt of that account that made first ANN thread, as the account was used to shilled that thread as well.
