TrustDice is one of the reputable gambling casinos on bitcointalk and given that, it was rather surprising to see an aligation of this manner against the company.
Good enough, they came through to clarify the situation as to reasons why certain actions where taken on the OP's account with the site.

At first, while reading through OP, the responses as to why OP's account were considered abusive was rather vague as contained in OP. Not until the teams forum representative relayed the abuse on its Cash Out feature.

I think, if that was unambiguously relayed to the OP along with the captioned T&C, as it has been done hear by Coinbox1, it would have undoubtedly not necessitate this the opening of this thread and not have the reputation of the casino questioned.
With OP haven't seen this probably and not dispute it or make further claims, it presents the evidence levied against OP to be true and stands.
I would say, if we expect the fairness of casinos and gaming platforms, we must ourselves be fair to them as well!

First of all, I could not understand why you have created multiple topics at least two. I have found another topic at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5414389 I think if you are really eager to disclose any real information then you should not create more than one topic. I noticed the team of trustdice already replied and you have really broken their terms and conditions and that is why they have taken action against you.

Do not use this scam site. Confiscated my withdrawal funds in a nonsensical way.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews on TrustPilot!

I applied for a withdrawal of 827 USDT, but there was no withdrawal for 5 days. Eventually I got this email.
They claim that you have insight and professional knowledge of the sport and also suspect you have multiple accounts and will block you and confiscate your funds.
I've used many sites, but this is the first time I've seen such an absurd scam site.
The 5 star review on TrustPilot is suspected to have been written because of an event that gave it $5 worth.
Don't be fooled by the many good reviews. Looking at the bad reviews, there were many cases of damage like mine.

Below is the content of the email I received.

" We regret to inform you that your TrustDice account has been banned and the withdrawal funds were confiscated, this decision was taken according to the following terms and conditions:

7.14. Trustdice.win reserves the right to remove all or part of the Cash Out feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or group of customers is misusing Cash Out by frequently using the feature to take advantage of pre-event price movements and closing their bets through the Cash Out feature before the event has started.

18.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:
* we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business;

* We determine that you are using TrustDice.win in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage, for example making bets on insight or professional knowledge about a sport gained via personal involvement or participation in the particular field of sport or using the late bets strategy;

* we suspect that you have registered, manage or direct your betting activity on multiple user accounts in an attempt to hide your betting activity, bypass our set trading limits or violate any promotion Terms and Conditions; "

Hi there

The OP replied directly to us with his account information and we reviewed the case.

After discussing with our Risk Management team, we determined, with overwhelming evidence, that OP was abusing our Cash Out feature by frequently using the feature to take advantage of pre-event price movements and closing their bets through the Cash Out feature before the event started.

His abuse has been well documented by our system, as below (amount, balance, and game id have been marked out in red for privacy reasons):

Such behavior is strictly prohibited as per our T&C 7.14:
Trustdice.win reserves the right to remove all or part of the Cash Out feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or group of customers is misusing Cash Out by frequently using the feature to take advantage of pre-event price movements and closing their bets through the Cash Out feature before the event has started.

His balance has been confiscated as per T&C 18.1:
Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:
* we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business;
* We determine that you are using TrustDice.win in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage, for example making bets on insight or professional knowledge about a sport gained via personal involvement or participation in the particular field of sport or using the late bets strategy;

Update: It seems OP created multiple threads on this.

Thank you to the Bitcointalk community for bringing attention to this case. Have a great week further.

But for once, I dislike how the betting site only gave some vague responses, listing their rule that you've violated without proof to back up their claims. For example:
Quote
* we suspect that you have registered, manage or direct your betting activity on multiple user accounts in an attempt to hide your betting activity, bypass our set trading limits or violate any promotion Terms and Conditions;"
At least, they need to show the log and timestamp to show multi accounts they thought were from you. Not just a simple line of text just like that.

Actually, if you took had known about the scam accusation thread and read you would see that they did write a more detailed response to the accusation. I wouldn't mind seeing a more detailed response on how the site considers a user abusive to a feature they have, but for now they have answered his accusation.

Interesting, this seems timming with TRUSTDICE.WIN recently announced to put its signature campaign on hold as well. To be honest, all of us are 3rd parties, we don't know for sure what you've done to get that treatment or if you're truly honest with us about your statement.

But for once, I dislike how the betting site only gave some vague responses, listing their rule that you've violated without proof to back up their claims. For example:

Also, what does this mean?

I don't have multiple accounts. I bet MLB NL MVP Goldschmidt 1.8 odds in August. After that, on September 15th, I cashed out and applied for withdrawal.
I sent a message to Coinbox1 a few days ago, but no reply yet.

Don't know exactly what you did and what the TRUSTDICE.WIN team found against you, clearly they sent an email like the one you mentioned below, Of course you have your reasons and the TRUSTDICE.WIN team is the same.

I applied for a withdrawal of 827 USDT, but there was no withdrawal for 5 days. Eventually I got this email.

In my opinion, any gambling site, if they find multi-accounts and engage in cheating in betting they will block your account, your balance will be automatically confiscated, if the gambling site team finds suspicious activity, that's common and often happens on most gambling sites.

TRUSTDICE.WIN, have representatives on this forum, maybe you can try contacting their team here: Coinbox1, to talk about your problem.

In my opinion, if you are not cheating in betting and can prove you are honest, I think the TRUSTDICE.WIN party/team should give a clear reason here, about your problem, and vice versa, maybe the members here can only hope that you with TRUSTDICE.WIN find a bright spot about your problem that you are experiencing.
