I don't know what he done, what I know is already 4 days ago and nothing received from my order.

I told him I need urgently and he said no problem so any excuse Huh

He already sent you the bitcoins but the problem is he didn't add miners fee so its taking too long to be confirmed. I assume you use an exchange wallet that is why it is not yet credited to your account. Am i right?

here I see only one problem- that I resend him btc, and now if will fail my attempt cancel this transaction I have high risk to loss my 0.03btc or $8.4

If you already sent another .03btc then what is the reason he opened this scam accusation? Have you done anything wrong aside from the unconfirmed .03btc?

that question not for me, I do know , maybe he sick , maybe he want scam me, any idea.

Zazarb did send you 0.03 btc the next day which you already spent it. So why are you still calling him a scammer?

Not adding a transaction fee was an honest mistake by him as he didn't know about it (according to the thread he created).

I have a doubt , in previous post you told that you havent received the pay from him since last 4 days and he scammed you of 0.03 btc as shown in trxn id, but this transaction seems to be new , and it is still unconfirmed.

and I next day like the "Good Samaritan", resend him new 0.03 btc, with risk, only with him promise that after he receive "old" btc he will paid me $8.4 or resend back .

The transaction was done at 24th. It's not a new transaction. He didn't add any miners fee. So it will take time for getting confirmations. Might even take more than 1 week.

He should have added some fees of 4 cents or 0.0002btc.

As a seller your language should be like threaten people and play around.

I order URGENTLY and haven't got anything 4 days. You can see that on the order page nothing has been sent.
